You will receive a confirmation email with all your ride details once the booking is complete.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up. To cancel, please contact our support team via email.

Yes, changes can be done.  Please contact our support team via email for assistance.

Your driver will be waiting for you at a specific prearranged meeting point at a reachable location near your hotel.

Yes we provide child and infant seats at no extra cost. You can further request what you need on your booking form comments or on our confirmation emails.

However if you are travelling through Irakleion airport and you want to transfer to Chania or vice versa, we will be glad to assist you there as well.
